Jan Coninx (1978, Hasselt)

Jan Coninx mainly deals in commercial and company law.

Jan Coninx graduated in 2001 from the Catholic University of Leuven as Master of Law. As part of the Erasmus exchange programme, he studied in Rome during the 1999-2000 academic year, at the University Luiss Guido Carlo.

In 2002, he was awarded a LL.M in International Commercial Law at the University of Sussex.

From 2002 to January 2007, he was a lawyer at the law firm Monard-D’Hulst in Hasselt.

Since June 2006, Jan Coninx has been a member of the General Assembly of the Order of the Flemish Bar and is a former board member of the Hasselt Young Bar (2003-2005).
