Transparency

Odigo Advocaten agrees the manner of fee payment at the start, and aims for clear agreements made at the beginning of the collaboration. Working with advances, period invoicing and giving a detailed overview of the fees and expenses, means that there are no unexpected surprises.

Fees

In principle, we work with a prior determined hourly rate. The hourly rate varies depending on the complexity of the case, the necessary level of specialisation, urgency and financial input.

Expenses

The following expenses are not included in fees:

• administration, telephone and postage expenses (fax, post, e-mails) will be charged as a sum of 15% of the applicable hourly rate.
• travel expenses (€ 0,40/km);
• legal costs (e.g. clerk and act rights, summons and sentencing costs) and parking costs will be charged at cost price.

Legal aid?

It’s useful to inform if you have a legal expenses insurance for the legal intervention. This insurance covers the expenses and fees of lawyers, that you are free to select.
